Services & Offerings

Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy option provides a safe, one-on-one, relational experience in which your healing is the primary focus. We offer integrative talk therapy as well as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) for those seeking relief from traumatic experiences.

Group Therapy

Group therapy can provide a sense of community as you connect with others who are facing similar challenges. These are offered at varying times throughout the year for teens and adults. Additionally, they are sometimes lead by our interns at a discounted rate.

Licensure Supervision & Consultation

Licensure supervision is available for post-graduate clinicians seeking LPC-MHSP status in Tennessee with Susan Baker.

It's our goal at Cognitive Connections to make trauma-informed mental health care more accessible. We embody this by utilizing in person and virtual services, offering a select amount of reduced rate slots, and providing referrals in the event our clinicians cannot accommodate your needs. We believe that a "good fit" in the client-clinician pairing, is essential in providing the best possible therapeutic outcome.
